Q: In the writing assessment my name did not show up. It just said "last, first". Is this normal? A: Yes, Vantage sends us a list of username and passwords, but we currently do not have the ability to upload the student's name back into the system. We are working on several possible solutions to this issue.

Problem: Lost connection during the assessment: Student Questions:
I was logged out of WaldenU Portal and now I can’t access my assessment.
Answer: You should be able to use your username and password to log back into the Vantage Website. If you have difficulties, please restart your browser and try again. If this still doesn't work, contact the Coordinators.
Answer: You will not recieve your score via email. Upon "Final Submit," you will be redirected back to your "Dashboard." The assessment will now appear as completed under the "Status" column. To view your score, simply click on the test link.
